While many are praising the teenager’s understanding and maturity, also her clarity of thought, former Indian skipper Saurav Ganguly has distanced himself from his young daughter, Sana’s opinion on the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA)

Tweeting about it, Ganguly said the post being circulated in Sana’s name is not true. “Please keep Sana out of all these issues, this post is not true, she is too young a girl to know about anything in politics.” The screenshot of Sana’s alleged Instagram story on the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) is being widely shared across Twitter and Instagram. Sana who seems to have a mind of her own, quoted The 18-year-old quoted the late author Khushwant Singh’s words from his non-fiction, The End of India that was published in 2003 but sit well in today’s scenario.
Sana is known to be quite active on social media. She had recently trolled her dad on social media when he posted a rather glum and serious looking picture. Replying to it, wits in place, she said, ‘what is it that you are not liking?’
